Our culture does not provide us with tools for processing our emotions. Breathwork is a powerful emotional healing tool, which enables you to disconnect from your mind and instead connect with your body to release stored emotions and painful experiences. ‘Michelle D’Avella’ is a certified breathwork teacher and in this 24 minute Video she will guide you through a breathwork session that you can do in the comfort of your own home.
