You will most likely need to watch this video a few times to understand exactly what to do – and we highly recommend you watch this video! However, to make things simple for you, we have also outlined the steps here which you may want to refer to once you have watched the Video…. While sitting in a safe and comfortable place, take 30 quick, deep breaths, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Then, take a deep breath and exhale; hold until you need to breathe in. Inhale again, as deep as you can, and hold it for 10 seconds. Repeat as suggested in the Video.
